Paul Brown brings over 20 years of Fortune 500 industry experience to his 15+ years in retained executive search. He specializes in senior level management assignments from Vice President and General Manager to C-Suite and Board Members across a diverse range of market segments from early stage startups to established Fortune 50 companies.

Prior to joining Executive Search Associates, Paul was Managing Director at RJ Evans & Associates and co-director of the Professional Services practice at top ten search firm CT Partners.

Paul takes particular satisfaction in attracting key executives to client companies and seeing the positive impact they have on the organization and success of the business. He brings a proven track record of completing multiple assignments for repeat clients along with a passion and commitment to consistent, successful outcomes for his clients.

Prior to executive search, Paul held sales, marketing and senior management roles with OfficeMax, Montgomery Ward and other Fortune 500 companies. As a former senior-level executive, Paul understands the importance of delivering high quality candidates with speed and accuracy. His educational background in psychology and experience within multiple industries enable him to identify the qualities of a winning candidate immediately.

Paul holds a BS in Psychology from Brigham Young University and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the local council of the Boy Scouts of America. Residing in San Antonio, he and his wife Dawn have four children and 5 grandchildren.
